CROSS COUNTRY
Last wednesday we had our school cross country and I was so excited, I really want to come first. After Morning-Tea the whole school had to go to the back field to get ready for the cross country. Who ever came in the top 3 got to go to the lincoln ZONES.
We had to wait for the year 7 and 8s to go first. When they finished
our turn to race. When Mr.M said go I started running slow than when I reached the domain, then I started running as fast as I could and I passed everyone and I got to the finish line. I came first place and my time was 8mins and 59 seconds. WOO HOO!!!

Everyone was cheering for me. I quickly went and got a drink because I was so tired and I felt like going to sleep. I waited a little and then Grace came and after her was Tim then Base then Cyriss and we were going to zones YEAH . I was so excited about zones. After that, it was the juniors turn to race and after that we had the medal presentation and I got a gold medal. WOO HOO
