On Wednesday the 1st of March some YMS students including myself went to the Leeston swimming grounds, where we met all the other schools. I was in the 2 length backstroke and freestyle. I had lots of fun and I think I did pretty well.
Hi Shukoor, it sounds like it took a lot of hard work and practise to get to Zones. What did you have to do to make it to Zones? What was the pool like at Leeston? Did being in a different pool make it harder or easier to swim? How did you feel during your races. I'm glad you felt you did well.
